The new archive provides 8,500 m2 of storage space with a ceiling height of 12 m and an additional 400 m2 that will be used as office space.

Jens Kumbrink, Managing Director of Rhenus Office Systems, was on site for the inauguration: "We are delighted to have laid the foundation for further growth in Poland with this investment.  The move to the new facilities has enabled us to significantly increase our archiving capacities in Poland. All our archives are certified to the highest security standards and offer our customers the best possible protection"

The site in Nadarzyn has been operated by Rhenus Office Systems for many years. As the new archive will continue to be located at the same site as the document destruction facility and the regional administration, synergy effects will be leveraged in terms of processes and staff.

Rhenus Office Systems operates more than 70 branches throughout Europe.
