Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie überwachen und supporten unsere IT-Systeme am Standort und übernehmen auch umfassende Tätigkeiten in der Administration. 
  • Dabei agieren Sie als Schnittstelle zwischen der IT und dem operativen Betrieb.
  • Die Betreuung von Neu- und Bestandskunden fällt ebenfalls in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich. 
  • Schlussendlich sind Sie die gute Seele im Büro und bearbeiten administrative Aufgaben im Backoffice (z.B. Auftragsbearbeitung, etc.).

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ihre Basis ist eine Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis für den Umgang mit IT. 
  • Natürlich gehen Sie routiniert mit Microsoft Office, Access Datenbanken um. 
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von kooperativer Zusammenarbeit - Sie kommunizieren stets auf Augenhöhe und motivieren Ihre Kollegen.
  • Geprägt ist Ihr Handeln zudem von Pragmatismus und einer klaren Kundenorientierung.
  • Zu guter Letzt zeichnet Sie ein strukturiertes und serviceorientiertes Denken aus.
