Verschiedene Abteilungen warten auf Dich, dabei erhältst Du tiefe Einblicke in die Logistik. Du nimmst an Projekten teil und besuchst auch andere Standorte. Du erhältst neben Prämien auch persönliche Förderungen, wie die Teilnahme an Workshops. Nach erfolgreicher Abschlussprüfung übernehmen wir Dich und geben Dir eine zukunftssichere Planbarkeit.
- Planung, Organisation und Steuerung ist genau Deins, vom Transport der Ware von unserem Lager bis zum Kunden.
- Du erstellst lückenlose Frachtpapiere und Zolldokumente für einen reibungslosen nationalen und internationalen Transport.
- Du behältst den Überblick über Liefertermine und hast es den Status quo immer für unseren Kunden parat.
- Im Kundenmanagement bist Du im kompletten Prozess, erarbeitest Angebote und setzt diese nach Wunsch des Kunden um.

- Wir setzen auf Deine Einsatzbereitschaft, indem Du übertragene Aufgaben selbstständig und zuverlässig bearbeitest.
- Teamarbeit ist voll Deins - Du bist offen und kommunikationsfähig gegenüber Kunden und Deinen Kollegen.
- Du verfügst über ein solides Zahlenverständnis, räumliches und logisches Denken sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
