  • Sie planen und organisieren den Umschlag sowie die Lagerung.
  • Weiterhin obliegt Ihnen die Auftragsbearbeitung inklusive der Zollabwicklung.
  • Ferner sind Sie zuständig für weitere Prozesse, wie zum Beispiel den Schiffsanlauf und die Schiffsabfertigung.
  • Auch die Kommunikation mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern steht auf Ihrer Agenda – auf Deutsch und auf Englisch.
  • Das Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen runden Ihren verantwortungsvollen Job ab.

What you bring

  • Sie haben eine Ausbildung in der Spedition oder in der Schifffahrt abgeschlossen und haben Sie bereits Berufspraxis in der Logistik gesammelt.
  • Die Planung und Organisation logistischer Prozesse bereitet Ihnen viel Spaß.
  • Dabei sind Sie flexibel und verfügen über Organisationstalent.
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit moderner EDV sowie gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Nicht zuletzt besitzen Sie den Führerschein der Klasse B.
