What you can expect
- Durchführung von eigenen Kundenaufträge mit unserem eigenen/flexiblen Fuhrpark inkl. Durchführung der üblichen Zollabwicklung
- Disposition von unseren Charterverkehren national und grenznah Frankreich, Luxembourg, Schweiz und Österreich sowie europaweit
- Interne/Expterne Abstimmung bei Transporthindernissen (Staus etc.) / Kundeninformation
- Turnusmäßige Überprüfung der Subunternehmer auf Einhaltung vereinbarter Standards
- Interne Weitergabe der Transportdokumente nach Prüfung derselben (Abrechnung) und ggf. Nachpflege der Dossiers bei Abweichungen (Multistopp, Wartezeiten etc.)
- Kalkulation und Organisation der Kundenanfragen
What you bring
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Disposition / Marktkenntnis im Bereich Container/See- und Luftfracht
- Du punktest mit gutem Deutsch und Englisch. Jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
- Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sorgfältiges und präzises Arbeiten, Belastbarkeit & Flexibilität, Durchsetzungsvermögen und: TEAMWORK!
- Gute Kenntnisse des MS Office Pakets und mit Transport-Management-Systemen

Recruitment Process
Online application

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
