What you can expect
- Tatkräftig unterstützen Sie uns bei der Planung und Koordination der Transporte unserer Großkunden
- Dabei kümmern Sie sich kompetent um die Ein- und Ausfuhrabwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Zollpartner
- Neben der Transportplanung bearbeiten Sie die systemseitige Pflege von Sendungsein- und Ausgängen
- Ferner haben Sie die Organisation und Abstimmung von Lieferterminen sowie die Kontrolle der Lieferungen und Liefertermine im Blick
- Nicht zuletzt pflegen Sie einen partnerschaftlichen Kontakt zu unseren Großkunden und Partnern
What you bring
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise zum Kaufmann (w/m/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- Zudem konnten Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Logistikprozesse (Transport, Umschlag, Lagerung) sowie der Zollprozesse sammeln
- Im Umgang mit MS Excel sind Sie versiert und überzeugen uns mit einer durchweg strukturierten und präzisen Arbeitsweise
- Dank einer klaren Dienstleistungsorientierung stellen Sie die Wünsche unserer Kunden in den Fokus Ihrer täglichen Arbeit
- Als flexibler Teamplayer handeln Sie stets qualitäts- und kostenbewusst und haben Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
