Während Deiner dreijährigen Ausbildung kannst Du Dich auf ein starkes Mentorenprogramm und persönliche Förderung freuen. Nach erfolgreicher Abschlussprüfung streben wir Deine Übernahme an und geben Dir eine zukunftssichere Planbarkeit.
- Logistikmeister: Planen, Organisieren und Steuern. Du unterstützt dabei, dass alles sicher von A nach B kommt – national und international.
- Lieferprofi: Dank Dir erfolgt die Auslieferung pünktlich, auf optimalen Verkehrswegen und mit lückenlosen Fracht- und Zolldokumenten.
- Kundenflüsterer: Auch bei der Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden bist Du involviert – deshalb kennst Du ihre Wünsche ganz genau.
- Allrounder: Mit diesem Hintergrundwissen erstellst Du Angebote, verhandelst Preise und koordinierst Liefertermine.

- Schulabschluss: Die mittlere Reife oder Fach-/Hochschulreife hast Du (bald) in der Tasche.
- Kommunikationskünstler: Teamarbeit ist voll Deins. Du bist offen und kommunikationsfähig gegenüber unseren Kunden und Deinen Kollegen.
- Denker: Zusätzlich punktest Du bei uns mit Deinem Zahlenverständnis, sowie räumlichen und logischen Denkvermögen.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
