What you can expect
- Du fungierst als Finance Business Partner für die Konzernfunktionen.
- Du steuerst den Controlling-Zyklus (Planung, Prognosen, Berichterstattung, Maßnahmenverfolgung) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Konzernfunktionen.
- Du unterstützt das Senior Management mit aussagekräftigen Analysen und fundierten Empfehlungen.
- Du bewertest Investitionsvorhaben und führst sie durch den Prüfungsprozess.
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Ausschussunterlagen und Entscheidungsvorlagen mit.
- Du nimmst an finanzbezogenen Projekten teil, um operative Exzellenz und Leistungsverbesserungen voranzutreiben.
- Du bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Systemen ein und gestaltest so dein direktes Arbeitsumfeld mit.
What you bring
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften.
- Breites kaufmännisches Know-how und Interesse an finanziellen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen.
- Teamplayer mit Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten.
- Starke konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Ein Plus, aber nicht notwendig:
- Erste Berufserfahrung in Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Controlling mittelständischer oder größerer Unternehmen.
- Erfahrung in der Mitwirkung und Leitung von Projekten.
- Erste Erfahrung mit Controlling-Tools (ERP, Analytics, BI, Dashboards).

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
