Job Description
What you can expect
In this position, you will coordinate and take ownership of the entire tender process from planning to final result.
You will work closely with the Sales, Product Teams, and all other internal stakeholders to translate a tender strategy into a tactical project plan.
In addition, you will support the Account Owner in the analysis of customers’ needs and all tender related processes outside the Tender Management area of responsibility (gatekeeper function).
You will ensure that Tender reporting tool and dashboard are maintained correctly.
Last but not least, you will drive continuous improvement through a strong tender follow-up with all stakeholders within the Tender Management process.
What you bring
Your basis is minimum a bachelor’s degree or Logistics Apprenticeship or equivalent Tender Management experience.
You have a comprehensive understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
Naturally, you think highly analytical and can creatively translate complexity into clear instructions understood by all organizational levels.
Furthermore you have a strong understanding and practical know-how of coordinating various independent stakeholders under a tight deadline.

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
