Rhenus Air & Ocean in Antwerpen maakt deel uit van de internationale Duitse Rhenus Group met in haar logistieke tak ca. 40.000 werknemers op 1.320 locaties wereldwijd en een omzet van 7,5 miljard euro. - Inkopen van transporttarieven bij onderaannemers.
- Beheren van tarieven in onze database.
- Analyses en statistieken maken.
- Uitwerken van samenwerkingsstrategieën met rederijen.
- Contacten onderhouden met subcontractors en oplossen van conflicten.
- Organiseren van maandelijkse meetings en conference calls (intern & extern).
- Onderhandelen van commodity- en NAC-deals.
What you bring
- Kennis van expeditie en transportlogistiek.
- Minstens 3j ervaring met tariefonderhandelingen en samenwerkingsverbanden.
- Communicatief sterk in Nederlands en Engels (Duits en Frans is plus).
- Zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
