Your role in the heart of medical logistics
In this position, you will functionally lead a team on the warehouse floor while supporting the Team Lead in day-to-day operations. You’ll ensure that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest attention to safety and compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and distribute daily tasks across the team.

  • Monitor and uphold quality standards, safety protocols, and process efficiency.

  • Act as the main point of contact for your team, offering guidance and support.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless logistics.

  • Lead by example by participating actively in daily warehouse operations.

What you bring

  • MBO (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking.

  • At least 6 months of proven leadership experience in a logistics environment.

  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Resilience under pressure and excellent planning & organizational skills.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
