Your role in the heart of medical logistics
In this position, you will functionally lead a team on the warehouse floor while supporting the Team Lead in day-to-day operations. You’ll ensure that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest attention to safety and compliance.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and distribute daily tasks across the team.
Monitor and uphold quality standards, safety protocols, and process efficiency.
Act as the main point of contact for your team, offering guidance and support.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless logistics.
Lead by example by participating actively in daily warehouse operations.

What you bring
MBO (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking.
At least 6 months of proven leadership experience in a logistics environment.
Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
Resilience under pressure and excellent planning & organizational skills.
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
