- In Deiner Rolle verantwortest Du die Einsatzplanung unserer Servicetechniker.
- Du kümmerst Dich um den Materialversand und stellst dadurch sicher, dass unsere Servicetechniker immer richtig ausgestattet sind.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden bei Fragen rund um das Thema Terminplanung und Technikerverfügbarkeit.
- Mit unserem Customer Service bist Du zu den Kundenaufträgen stets in enger Abstimmung.
- Für unsere Projekte verantwortest Du die Rolloutplanung unserer Servicetechniker

- Deine Basis bildet eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ebenso wie gute geografische Kenntnisse.
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ein ausgeprägtes, dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln aus.
- Deine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Deine organisatorischen Fähigkeiten setzt Du gekonnt ein.
- Du verfügst über betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und wendest dieses für die Einsatzplanung an.
- Der Umgang mit den gängigsten MS Office-Programmen gehört zu Deinem Arbeitsalltag.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
