- Arbeitssicherheit aktiv leben: Du hilfst dabei, unser Team auf dem neuesten Stand der Arbeitssicherheit zu halten, führst dazu regelmäßig Sicherheitsunterweisungen mit neuen und bestehenden Mitarbeitenden durch und pflegst unsere Sicherheitsdatenbank.
- Den Überblick behalten: Du unterstützt bei der Planung des Personaleinsatzes, pflegst Schichtpläne und sorgst dafür, dass Urlaubs- und Abwesenheitstage sowie Zeiterfassungen immer aktuell sind.
- Direkter Austausch: Du kommunizierst aktiv und klar mit unseren Dienstleistern, Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen und bei Fragen immer die richtige Antwort zu haben.
- Mitgestalten und verbessern: Du bringst Deine Ideen ein, wie wir Prozesse in der Logistik und der Verwaltung einfacher, sicherer und effizienter gestalten können.
What you bring
- Deine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise in den Bereichen Spedition & Logistik, hast Du erfolgreich absolviert.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, siehst das große Ganze und scheust Dich nicht, Sachverhalte kritisch zu hinterfragen.
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Als durchsetzungsstarker Teamplayer punktest Du mit Deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
- Mit einem Flurförderfahrzeugschein glänzt Du zuzüglich. Falls nicht, freust Du Dich diesen bei uns zu erhalten.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
