- Serving as a strategic partner to Global Managers, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to enhance decision-making.
- Driving execution of key business initiatives, ensuring timely progress and alignment with company goals.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between senior leadership and regional teams.
- Overseeing and managing critical projects, identifying risks, and implementing solutions proactively.
- Leading and supporting the preparation of executive briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Acting as a liaison between various business units, ensuring alignment and efficiency across global functions.
- Streamlining and optimizing operational processes, improving productivity and effectiveness within the leadership team.
- Supporting talent development efforts and succession planning across the global management structure.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning
What you bring
What skills & experience you will bring to us
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership, consulting, or strategic operations role, preferably in an international logistics/supply chain environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving key business initiatives.
- Highly analytical with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of global business operations and cultural dynamics.

Recruitment Process
