- Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere nationalen und internationalen Niederlassungen bei allen Fragestellungen rund um das Controlling.
- Du verantwortest ein aussagekräftiges Management Reporting und steuerst den Budget- sowie Forecastprozess.
- Mit Deinen Ideen und Impulsen treibst Du die Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und Controllingprozessen aktiv voran.
- Du unterstützt das Management mit fundierten Analysen, Rentabilitätsberechnungen und bei Investitionsentscheidungen.
- Deine Erfahrung bringst Du gezielt in Transformationsprojekte im Finance-Bereich ein.
- Ein Einstieg ist ab dem 01.05.2025 möglich – alternativ freuen wir uns auch über Bewerbungen, die zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt starten möchten.
What you bring
- Du hast ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling von mittelständischen oder größeren Unternehmen – alternativ in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Beratung.
- Veränderungen mitzugestalten und aktiv voranzutreiben bereitet Dir Freude – das hast Du bereits erfolgreich unter Beweis gestellt.
- Du bist flexibel, ein echter Teamplayer und kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe – über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg.
- Mit SAP und Excel gehst Du sicher um, auch die Erstellung professioneller Präsentationen gehört zu Deinem Repertoire. Kenntnisse im Umgang mit BI-Tools (z. B. Cognos TM1 oder Power BI) sind ein Plus.
- Ein eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
