What you can expect
- Du bist verantwortlich für die systemseitige Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts.
- Mit Organisationsgeschick hast du den Überblick über die anstehenden To-Dos des Tages.
- Dabei steuerst, planst und überwachst du alle Aufträge und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Leitstand und der Fahreranmeldung auf der Fläche für eine reibungslose und zielgerichtete Abwicklung.
- Weiterhin stehst du im engen Austausch mit der Teamleitung. Dank dir sind die Mitarbeiter zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort.
What you bring
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene logistische Ausbildung oder bist als Quereinsteiger bereit für eine neue Herausforderung.
- Mit MS Office gehst du routiniert um und punktest generell mit einer hohen IT-Affinität.
- In jedem Fall bist du ein Teamplayer, der Kunden und Kolleg*innen kommunikationsstark abholt, einbezieht und dabei immer den richtigen Ton trifft.
- Du weißt Themen zu priorisieren und behältst aufgrund deines analytischen Weitblicks auch in turbulenten Zeiten den Überblick.
- Des Weiteren bist du bereit, im Schichtsystem zwischen 4.30 - 23.00 Uhr zu arbeiten.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
