What you can expect
De werkzaamheden zijn zeer uiteenlopend waaronder het organiseren, voorbereiden en deelnemen aan vergaderingen, notuleren en het bewaken van actiepunten. Het voorbereiden van presentaties voor vergaderingen en het organiseren van bijeenkomsten. Bij projecten het volgen van de tijdlijn en het bewaken van de actiepunten.
Maar ook vergaderruimte gereed maken, kantoor- & keukenvoorraad bijhouden, lunch verzorgen/bestellen, de to do lijsten opvolgen en beheer van e-mails en agenda.
What you bring
- Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in soortgelijke functie
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Kennis van en goede ervaring met Microsoft Office applicaties
- Enthousiast, representatief en klantvriendelijk
- Communicatief vaardig
- Klantgericht en dienstverlenend

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
