In Deiner neuen Position bist du fachlich und disziplinarisch für unseren Bereich DataManagement & Analytics mit mehreren Teams verantwortlich
Du steuerst die strategische Ausrichtung, Konzeption, Realisierung und den Betrieb unserer Reporting-, Predictive und Analytics-Lösungen, unserer Enterprise Data Platform und unserer Data Warehouse Lösungen.
Du bist in engem Austausch mit den Stakeholdern unserer Business Units und zentralen Funktionen und erarbeitest (funktionale und nicht-funktionale) Anforderungen, die in unsere Data-Lösungen einfließen.
Du arbeitest an der Implementierung unserer Master Data Management Lösung und Definition und Kontrolle der Data Governancemit.

Deine Basis bildet ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eines anderen vergleichbaren Studiengangs oder eine vergleichbareAusbildung.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams und der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Projekten.Idealerweisekonntest Du bereits internationale Erfahrungen sammeln.
Du bringst Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Führung und Umsetzung von modernen Enterprise Data Architekturen mit.Data Fabric & Data Mesh Konzepte sind dir vertraut.
Dabei fühlst Du dich sowohl bei on Premise Umgebungen als auch im Cloud Bereich wohl.
Zudem konntest du bereits Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Diensten im Data-Bereich (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks…) sammeln.
Du bringst Expertise in Scrum und ein tiefes Technologie-Verständnis mit.
Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
