Wir wachsen an unserem On-Site Standort in Hamburg-Billstedt und suchen nach Deiner Verstärkung als (Junior) Projektmanager (w/m/d) für unser Team. Gemeinsam werden wir die Werkslogistik eines erfolgreichen Mittelständlers neu definieren.
- Du setzt am Standort neue Maßstäbe in der Werkslogistik, indem Du unsere Rhenus-Standards implementierst und weiterentwickelst.
- Du optimierst stetig die Lagerprozesse und begleitest Deine Kollegen bei der Umsetzung.
- Wie ist unsere Performance – mit Hilfe Deiner Reports steuerst Du die Logistik.
- Kommunikation ist das zentrale Instrument – Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden und Deinen Teammitgliedern im operativen Geschäft.
What you bring
- Du hast einen Bachelor oder Master mit Schwerpunkt Logistik absolviert oder bringst als Quereinsteiger vergleichbare Qualifikationen mit.
- Mühelos erschließt Du Dir mit Deinem analytischen Weitblick komplexe Strukturen und Prozesse.
- Zudem bist Du es gewohnt, Dinge kritisch zu hinterfragen und Bestehendes auf den Prüfstand zu stellen.
- Deine Kollegen schätzen Deine offene und kommunikative Art.
- Zusätzlich punktest Du mit Deinem strukturierten Arbeitsstil und dank Deiner Hands-on-Mentalität fällt es Dir leicht, Themen ohne Umwege anzugehen.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
