What you can expect
In Deiner Rolle analysierst Du bestehende Zollprozesse mit dem Ziel, sie effizienter, sicherer und digitaler zu gestalten.
Du entwickelst gezielt Optimierungsmaßnahmen, um manuelle Tätigkeiten und potenzielle Fehlerquellen zu reduzieren, etwa durch Automatisierung, Standardisierung und den Aufbau effizienter Workflows.
Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und IT-Teams identifizierst Du Digitalisierungspotenziale an den Schnittstellen zwischen Zollabwicklung und IT.
Zudem bringst Du Dich aktiv in Digitalisierungsprojekte ein, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Automatisierung von Zollprozessen.
Du erstellst Benutzerdokumentationen, führst interne Schulungen durch und sorgst durch gezielten Know-how-Transfer dafür, dass das Zusammenspiel von Zollprozessen und IT-Systemen im Unternehmen besser verstanden und gelebt wird.
Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit internen IT-Teams sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen, um Schnittstellen und Workflows bedarfsgerecht anzupassen und weiterzuentwickeln.
What you bring
Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit, idealerweise im Bereich Logistik und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Zollrecht.
In der operativen Zollabwicklung fühlst Du Dich zuhause und hast im besten Fall bereits Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen, besonders im Kontext von Zoll und Außenhandel.
Dein technisches Verständnis hilft Dir, Systemzusammenhänge, Datenflüsse und Schnittstellen, beispielsweise zwischen ERP-Systemen und Zollsoftware, schnell zu erfassen.
Du bist in der Lage, Anforderungen aus der operativen Zollabwicklung verständlich in die IT-Sprache zu übersetzen und umgekehrt.
Dabei bist du aktiver Problemlöser und treibst sinnvolle Lösungen voran.
Erfahrungen im Prozess- oder Projektmanagement runden Dein Profil ab.
