What you can expect
- Du fungierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Lager und dem Customer Service - dabei koordinierst Du unser Liniennetzwerk und unterstützt bei der täglichen Tourenerstellung für unsere Fernverkehre.
- Du beschaffst Transportdienstleistungen und Zusatzpersonal und sorgst so für eine effiziente Disposition unserer Ressourcen.
- Zudem bist Du der kompetente Ansprechpartner für unser Fahrpersonal und unsere Subunternehmer.
- Du übernimmst die komplette Auftragsabwicklung und Koordination der LTL- und FTL-Aufträge innerhalb Deutschlands und Europas.
What you bring
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung - motivierte Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen!
- Du bringst ausgezeichnete geografische und regionale Kenntnisse mit, die unsere Logistik unterstützen.
- Des Weiteren zeichnet Dich Deine Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Speditionsprogrammen aus, und Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig.
- Last but not least bist Du ein motivierter, zuverlässiger und durchsetzungsstarker Teamplayer.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
