What you can expect
In dieser Stelle unterstützt du direkt den Head of Brokerage und bist Teil spannender Projekte rund um Prozessoptimierung, länderübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und operative Weiterentwicklung. Ob du Kunden-Onboardings analysierst, Dashboards weiterentwickelst oder internationale Abläufe vergleichst – du bist mittendrin statt nur dabei und kannst deine Ideen einbringen.
Deine Rolle bei ALS:
Mitarbeit in internationalen Projekten im Bereich Zoll- und Prozessmanagement
Weiterentwicklung eines bestehenden Dashboards und Ableitung relevanter KPIs für operative Bereiche, Compliance, Qualitätssicherung und Vertrieb
Analyse operativer Daten aus verschiedenen Ländern für Reporting, Qualität, Compliance & Sales
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung eines datenbasierten Kundenprodukts
Internationale Zusammenarbeit zur Harmonisierung von Prozessen und Standards
Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen im operativen Bereich
Aufnahme, Optimierung und Pilotierung von Onboarding-Prozessen für Kunden
What you bring
Laufendes Masterstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, International Management, Logistics Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Prozessoptimierung und im Projektmanagement
Interesse an internationalen Prozessen, Zollthemen und unternehmensweiter Zusammenarbeit
Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, eigenständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an internationalem Austausch
Sicherer Umgang mit Excel; erste Erfahrungen mit Power BI sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
