What you can expect
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Digitalisierungsprojekten.
- Zusätzlich ist deine Mitwirkung bei der Analyse bestehender Prozesse und der Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen gefragt.
- Die Kommunikation mit internen sowie externen Kunden gehört zu deinem weiteren Aufgabengebiet.
- Du erstellst Projektpläne und Statusberichte – unterstützt bei der Implementierung neuer digitaler Lösungen und Technologien.
- Gemeinsam mit unseren operativen Einheiten treibst du die Realisierung der IT-Strategie und die digitale Transformation voran.
What you bring
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Digitalisierung sind von Vorteil.
- Natürlich gehst du routiniert mit MS Office um, besonders mit Excel und PowerPoint und bietest zudem Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
- Neben deiner Hands-on-Mentalität überzeugst du mit einem stark ausgeprägten Prozessverständnis.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
