- Du arbeitest mit an internationalen Warenströmen – egal ob Import oder Export, bei uns geht’s um die ganze Welt.
- Langweilig wird’s nicht: Dank moderner Technik wie Portalkranen, Reachstackern, Baggern & Co. lernst du den Umgang mit beeindruckenden Maschinen.
- Auch Brücken- und Hallenkräne, Radlader, Bobcats, Lokomotiven, Stapler und Unimogs gehören zu unserem Alltag – bei uns bekommst du die Möglichkeit, alle nötigen Maschinen- und Fahrzeugscheine zu erwerben.
- Bei uns wird so ziemlich alles bewegt – von Paletten über Schüttgut bis zu tonnenschweren Projektladungen.
- Du behältst den Überblick bei der Be- und Entladung von Schiffen, Zügen und Lkw und sorgst dafür, dass alles vollständig, unbeschädigt und im richtigen Gewicht ankommt.
- Mit zunehmender Erfahrung wächst auch deine Verantwortung – du kannst bei uns Schritt für Schritt in Rollen wie Schichtführer oder Verlademeister hineinwachsen.

- Deinen Real- oder Hauptschulabschluss hast Du bereits in der Tasche – trotzdem lernst Du natürlich immer gerne dazu.
- Du verfügst über ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und begeisterst Dich für Häfen und Technik.
- Persönliches Engagement zeichnet Dich aus und Du hast Spaß an körperlicher Arbeit – auch unter freiem Himmel.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer punktest Du bei uns nicht zuletzt mit deinem Organisationstalent und großem Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

Recruitment Process
Online application
Your documents will reach us quickly and directly via our online application form; depending on the position, a cover letter may be required. In any case, we are eager to see your CV and references – for us, the best way to make a good first impression.
Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
