What you can expect
- Gesamtverantwortung für die operativen Einheiten in der Region Nord-Ost
- Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation der regionalen Standorte und Teamleiter
- Sicherstellung gesetzeskonformer Abwicklung von Zollprozessen
- Umsatz-, Kosten- und Ergebnisverantwortung für die Region
- Ausbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen sowie Key-Account-Betreuung
- Analyse regionaler Marktpotenziale und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien
- Initiierung und Steuerung von Prozessoptimierungen und Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Bereichsleitung
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf regionalen Veranstaltungen, Messen und bei Behörden
What you bring
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Zollwesen, in der Logistik oder internationalen Supply Chain
- Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in einer regionalen oder standortübergreifenden Leitungsfunktion
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Zollvorschriften (UZK), Zoll-Systeme, Bewilligungen und Außenwirtschaftsprozesse
- Ausgeprägte unternehmerische Denkweise sowie Erfahrung im KPI-gestützten Management
- Hohe Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungssicherheit
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region Nord-Ost und gesamt Deutschland
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
