Wir suchen einen engagierten und dynamischen Junior Operations Manager, der direkt nach dem Studium in eine operative Verantwortung in unserer Niederlassung einsteigen möchte. Als aufstrebende Führungskraft, mit Leidenschaft für logistische Prozesse, hast du Lust Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gemeinsam mit deinem Team etwas zu bewegen. Gleichzeitig bist du ein Macher und packst bei Bedarf auch gerne mal selbst mit an!
- Verantwortung übernehmen: Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung in deine Aufgaben übernimmst du nach und nach erste eigene Verantwortungsbereiche.
- Operatives Tagesgeschäft sicherstellen: Gemeinsam mit den Kollegen sorgst du dafür, dass unser Tagesgeschäft im Lager reibungslos läuft.
- Kennzahlen kontrollieren: Du analysierst täglich die wichtigsten operativen KPIs und hast auf die logistischen Prozesse stets einen Blick.
- Umsetzung von Maßnahmen: Du erkennst Herausforderungen und leitest eigenständig Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung ein.
- Teamführung: Du schulst und entwickelst dein Team und schaffst durch die aktive Einbindung deiner Mitarbeiter einen positiven Teamgeist.
What you bring
- Studium: Du hast deinen Studienabschluss erfolgreich in der Hand, idealerweise in BWL, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Erfahrung: Du hast erste Praxisluft durch Praktika schnuppern können, wünschenswert wären dabei erste Einblicke in die Lagerlogistik.
- Hands on Mentalität: Du packst mit an und setzt Aufgaben sowie Projekte in die Tat um.
- Führungspersönlichkeit: Du hast Lust, zukünftig ein Team zu leiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
- Stärken: Du kannst dich gut auf unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten einstellen und kommunizierst nicht nur mit deinen Teammitgliedern auf Augenhöhe, sondern auch mit Kollegen und Kunden.

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
