What you can expect
- In Ihrer Rolle sind Sie der Ansprechpartner für die operativen Führungskräfte und Kundenunternehmen.
- Die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie die Bestandsüberwachung und -buchung wissen wir bei Ihnen in den besten Händen.
- Sie sorgen für die Einhaltung sämtlicher Prozess- und qualitätsrelevanten Vorgaben sowie der Sicherheitsbestimmungen.
- Ebenso versiert bearbeiten Sie Reklamationen im Wareneingang und kontrollieren Lieferpapiere auf ihre Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität.
- Zudem gleichen Sie Daten im hauseigenen Warenwirtschaftssystem ab und überwachen den Abarbeitungsgrad der Transportaufträge.
What you bring
- Ihre Basis ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbarer Werdegang.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufspraxis in der Automotive-Logistik mit.
- Zudem gehen Sie routiniert mit MS Office, Lagerverwaltungssystemen und SAP um.
- Sie überzeugen mit Engagement, Flexibilität, selbständigem Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit und sehr guten Deutsch- sowie guten Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift.
- Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Mehrschichtbetrieb rundet Ihr überzeugendes Profil ab.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
