What you can expect

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Rechnungsstellung innerhalb gemeinsam mit den Kunden vereinbarter Konditionen.
  • Dazu bereitest Du die Rechnungen in unserem Transport Management System und/oder in Form von Datenexporten vor.
  • Dabei überprüfst Du auch die im TMS hinterlegten Stammdaten.
  • Du übernimmst die Recherche und Bereitstellung von Belegen zu unseren Dienstleistungen und Rechnungen.
  • Bei Zahlungsrückständen übernimmst Du die Klärung mit unseren Kunden.
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei Projekten rund um die Abrechnung.

What you bring

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder bringst Erfahrung in der Abrechnung mit, idealerweise in der Speditionsbranche.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Office 365 (vor allem Excel) und hast allgemein eine IT-Affinität.
  • Du punktest mit einem guten Verständnis für Zahlen.
  • Dich zeichnet eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein aus.
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil, gerne auch weitere Sprachkenntnisse.
  • Persönlich punktest Du als Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit.
