What you can expect
- In Kooperation mit dem Abteilungsleiter sorgst Du für eine hohe Qualität und eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung im Liefergeschäft.
- Du führst regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen sowie Schulungen mit Geschäftspartnern und Fahrern durch und fungierst damit als erster Ansprechpartner bei unseren Teams vor Ort.
- Mit Deinem hohen Zahlenverständnis leitest Du anhand von Qualitätskennzahlen Maßnahmen ab und setzt diese um.
- Darüber hinaus trägst Du dafür Sorge, dass unsere Belegschaft und Partner alle zentralen Vorgaben zum Thema Arbeitssicherheit umsetzen.
- Du hast großes Interesse an unserem Fuhrpark (E-Mobilität) und der ständigen Kontrolle derer.
What you bring
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise aus der Spedition oder Logistik, und mindestens 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung.
- Erste Grundkenntnisse aus den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Endkundenlogistik machen Dich zu unserem perfekten Kandidaten.
- Du punktest mit Deiner klar strukturierten Arbeitsweise, zeigst Eigeninitiative und trittst gegenüber Mitarbeitern und Partnern souverän auf.
- Im Umgang mit MS-Office/Excel hast Du bereits Erfahrungen gesammelt.
- Durch die Tätigkeiten innerhalb des Fuhrparks benötigst Du den Führerschein der Klasse B.

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
