What you can expect

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung und Wartung unserer Krananlagen, Baumaschinen, Flurförderfahrzeuge und Gebäude.
  • Sie strukturieren und organisieren den gesamten Bereich Technik für unsere Terminals in Nordenham.
  • Dabei leiten Sie das 10-köpfige Werkstattteam und priorisieren die Aufgaben der Kollegen, zudem koordinieren Sie Fremdfirmeneinsätze.
  • Sie entwickeln unsere Umschlags- und Fördertechnologien weiter und heben diese insbesondere durch Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen auf das nächste Level.
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass die Ausfallzeiten unserer Anlagen auf einem absoluten Minimum gehalten werden.

What you bring

  • Sie haben Ihr Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik absolviert.
  • Wünschenswert, aber kein Muss, wäre Erfahrung im Bereich Baurecht und BImSch-Verfahren.
  • Persönlich punkten Sie mit Kommunikationsstärke, einer ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie durch eine hohe Leistungs- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Flexibilität.
