Werden Sie Mitglied unseres Teams an unserem Standort in Nürnberg und tragen erfolgreich zum Wachstum unseres Geschäftsbereichs bei. Gemeinsam mit Ihnen möchten wir unsere Prozesse optimieren und hochgesteckte Ziele in die Tat umsetzen. 

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie in konzeptionellen und organisatorischen Themen.
  • Des Weiteren übernehmen Sie die Organisation von Meetings, Terminabstimmung der Geschäftsführung und Sie planen Geschäftsreisen.
  • Außerdem unterstützen Sie bei der Beantwortung von Anrufen, E-Mails und Briefen im Namen der Geschäftsführung
  • In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle unserer Projekte, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Ziele termingerecht und im Rahmen des Budgets erreicht werden.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Für die ausgeschriebene Position der Assistenz der Geschäftsführung setzen wir voraus, dass die Bewerberin oder der Bewerber über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift verfügt
  • Zudem sollte eine Affinität zu EDV-Anwendungen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office vorhanden sein.
  • Kenntnisse im Abrechnungssystem Datev sind von Vorteil. 
  • Des Weiteren erwarten wir ein solides Verständnis der üblichen Rechts- und Formvorschriften. Selbständiges Arbeiten und eine proaktive Herangehensweise an Aufgaben sind ebenfalls wichtige Aspekte, die wir von unseren zukünftigen Mitarbeitenden erwarten.
