Werde Teil unseres Fleet Managements! Wir engagieren uns für die Umwelt und bauen eine Flotte von über 500 Elektrofahrzeuge im Nutzfahrzeugbereich auf. In unserem Team verantwortest Du für Deine Region die Funktionalität und Einsatzbereitschaft der Fahrzeuge und bist erster Ansprechpartner für die operativen Abteilungen von Ort.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Als Teil des Fleetmanagement Teams bildest Du die zentrale Schnittstelle zu unseren internen Ansprechpartnern in der Niederlassung, Fahrzeugmietern sowie Werkstätten.
  • Hierbei gehört die Beauftragung und Koordination von Werkstattterminen zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Darüber hinaus bist Du für die Organisation der Übergabe- und Rücknahme bei der Vermietung von Fahrzeugen zuständig.
  • Außerdem liegt die Überwachung der Qualität und Verkehrssicherheit der Fahrzeuge in Deiner Verantwortung.
  • Zusätzlich hast Du stets die Einhaltung von Wartungs- und Prüfungsintervallen der Flotte im Blick.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Idealerweise verfügst Du über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung.
  • Du punktest mit einer hohen Affinität zur Logistik- bzw. Automobilbranche oder bringst sogar erste Erfahrung in diesem Bereich mit.
  • Darüber hinaus zeichnen Dich eine hohe Serviceorientierung, Eigenverantwortung und lösungsorientiertes Denken aus.
  • Zudem bringst Du die Bereitschaft für regelmäßige Dienstreisen mit.
  • Dank Deines organisatorischen Geschicks behältst Du stets den Überblick über anstehende Termine und Aufgaben.
