As the Head of Talent Management you will be responsible for designing and implementing organisation talent development programs, change management, talent retention, building succession plans, and crafting a career framework.

What you can expect

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with the company's objectives and culture.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify future talent needs and create long-term development and succession plans and organisation excellence.
Foster a culture of inclusivity, belonging, and diversity, ensuring all employees feel valued and respected.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and best practices in talent management across all regions of operation.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.

What you bring

You have successfully completed your studies in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Additionaly, you have gained solid experience in a senior leadership role within talent management or human resources, ideally in a global setting within the logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
Ideally, you have international experience, intercultural sensitivity and the ability to collaborate with teams and partners worldwide.
You are business fluent in English and have in-depth understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
As a dynamic leader with exceptional communication, leadership and motivational skills, you have the ability to inspire and lead HR professionals.
