Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du unterstützt bei Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit CSRD und dem ESG-Reporting und bei der Entwicklung von Nachhaltigkeitsrichtlinien, -zielen und -kennzahlen für die Gruppe.
  • Dazu dokumentierst Du Nachhaltigkeitsstandards in der globalen HR-Arbeit.
  • Mithilfe von HR-Controlling erstellst Du Reports und KPIs.
  • Da uns die Nachhaltigkeit sehr am Herzen liegt, koordinierst Du quantitative Nachhaltigkeitsziele im globalen HR-Kontext.
  • Zu guter Letzt arbeitest Du mit den dezentralen Einheiten zur Sicherstellung zusammen, dass Nachhaltigkeitsstandards implementiert und umgesetzt werden können.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Dein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbaren Studienrichtung hast Du bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise sogar mit dem Schwerpunkt HR.
  • Zudem sind erste Erfahrungen im Bereich „HR und ESG“ von Vorteil.
  • Dazu führst Du eine sehr strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus, in welcher Du deine guten analytischen Fähigkeiten anwenden kannst.
  • Wie Wir hast Du Spaß am Thema Nachhaltigkeit und globaler HR Arbeit.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzten wir voraus.
