An unserem Standort in Neckarsulm wird die gesamte Logistik für einen renommierten Automobilhersteller abgewickelt. In Ihrer Rolle als Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit unserem kompetenten Team für die reibungslose kaufmännische Abwicklung sowie organisatorische Themen vor Ort. Wir freuen uns Sie kennenzulernen.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Ihre Hauptaufgabe liegt in der Überwachung der Fahrzeugprozesse.
  • Dabei sind Sie für die Verwaltung und Buchung von Warenströmen, zzgl. Korrekturen bei SOLL-IST-Abweichungen verantwortlich.
  • Ebenso Dokumentieren Sie Abweichungen oder Schäden und leiten diese entsprechend weiter.
  • Eine weitere Aufgabe ist die Verwaltung von Dokumenten hinsichtlich Überprüfung auf Vollständigkeit, Erstellung und Archivierung.
  • Sie sind zentraler, unterstützender Ansprechpartner für die Qualitäts- und Teamleitung am Standort und für unsere Kunden.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Werdegang, idealerweise im Umfeld der Automotive-Logistik.
  • Im Umgang mit MS Office und ggf. Lagerverwaltungssystemen sind Sie routiniert.
  • Ebenso verfügen Sie über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie überzeugen durch Ihre Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Engagement
  • Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Mehrschichtbetrieb, Flexibilität und selbständiges Arbeiten runden ihr Profil ab.
