Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie unterstützen unseren Digitalisierungsbereich tatkräftig bei der Aufbereitung und Indizierung von Dokumenten.
  • Dabei verantworten Sie die sorgfältige und saubere Dokumententrennung zur weiteren Bearbeitung für den Scanprozess.
  • Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie die Fein- und Grobsortierung der eingehenden Post.
  • Über das vorhandene System dokumentieren Sie die Abwicklung der einzelnen Prozesse.
  • Ihr Einsatz erfolgt in wechselnder Bereitschaft, Montag - Freitag in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Hierfür haben Sie Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder in ähnlichen Tätigkeiten.
  • Sie bringen gute PC-Kenntnisse, sehr gutes Deutsch und den Führerscheinklasse B mit.
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch runden Ihr Profil ab sowie Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Wir zählen auf Ihre guten Umgangsformen, Ihr gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
