Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und bringen Sie Ihre Persönlichkeit und Ihre Power an unserem Standort in München ein. Ihre Unterstützung ist dabei in allen Belangen im Sinne der Service- und Kundenorientierung gefragt.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Am Empfang sind Sie die erste Kontaktperson für unsere Kunden und erstellen deren Besucherausweise.
  • Sie bedienen darüber hinaus die Telefonzentrale und leiten Gespräche an den jeweiligen Ansprechpartner weiter.
  • Routiniert erledigen Sie die Fein- und Grobsortierung der Post und pflegen diese ins System ein. 
  • Sie arbeiten in Vollzeit von Montag bis Freitag und verfügen über die Bereitschaft zur Urlaubsvertretung im Radius von 20km. 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie verfügen idealerweise über Berufserfahrung am Empfang oder an einer Poststelle.
  • Solide MS-Office-Kenntnisse und verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch sind Voraussetzung.
  • Der Führerschein der Klasse B ergänzt Ihr Profil.
  • Schlussendlich zählen wir auf Ihre Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Motivation und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
