Das erwartet Sie bei uns

Sie sind verantwortlich für die kompetente Beratung unserer Kunden bei Anfragen und der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen.
Dabei agieren Sie als Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, Partnern und operativen Teams.
Sie überwachen die Laufzeitkontrollen unserer Neu- und Großkunden und stellen so die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden sicher.
Zudem unterstützen Sie uns bei der Bearbeitung und Überprüfung von Clearing-Änderungen unserer Speditionspartner.
Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie aussagekräftige Reports und Statistiken.

Das bringen Sie mit

Idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
Vorteilhaft sind berufspraktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Kundenservice.
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und der souveräne Umgang mit der deutschen und englischen Sprache zeichnen Sie aus.
Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit EDV-Systemen und beherrschen die Office-Produkte.
Ihre aufgeschlossene, kundenorientierte Art sowie Ihre Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
