Sie werden Teil des Teams in der Kundenbetreuung unseres wachsenden Tochterunternehmens. Als erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Partner sind Sie das Aushängeschild des Unternehmens. Wir legen den gemeinsamen Erfolg vertrauensvoll in Ihre Hände.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Beratung eines oder mehreren Kunden.
  • Dabei übernehmen Sie die telefonische Annahme komplexer Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen (Inbound) sowie die Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Kunden-Emails.
  • Als Schnittstelle zwischen Lager und Disposition stellen Sie gekonnt sicher, dass alle internen Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitsprozesse eingehalten werden.
  • Auch Terminvereinbarungen im In- und Outbound sowie Buchungen im firmeninternen und -externen CRM unter Berücksichtigung von Vorgaben unserer Mandanten gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben.
  • Sie vertreten das Unternehmen nach außen hin stets professionell und helfen dabei, Prozesse umzusetzen und zu verbessern. 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Idealerweise haben Sie eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Speditions- bzw. Logistikbereich und konnten bereits erste Erfahrungen in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung und Reklamationsbearbeitung sammeln.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung aus und überzeugen am Telefon durch Ihre freundliche und kommunikative Art.
  • Zudem besitzen Sie ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein- auf neue Gegebenheiten stellen Sie sich schnell, flexibel und besonnen ein und behalten dabei die Übersicht.
  • Sie bringen außerdem einen sicheren Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket mit.
  • Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer sind Sie bereit im Schichtdienst in der Zeit von 07:00-18:00 (Mo-Fr) zu arbeiten und freuen sich auf den direkten Kundenkontakt.
