Als Teil des Organisationsteams begleiten Sie den weiteren Ausbau des Bereichs und stellen stets den reibungslosen Ablauf des Postwesens unserer Kunden in Ulm sicher.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

Als zuverlässiges Mitglied des Poststellenteams bearbeiten Sie ein- und ausgehende Dokumente und Pakete, sowie Kuriersendungen.
Routiniert erledigen Sie die Fein- und Grobsortierung der in- und externer Post.
Sie dokumentieren und codieren die Sendungen im Post- und Paketbereich.
Weiterhin erfassen Sie erforderliche Daten in unseren Systemen und kümmern sich zuverlässig um allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten.
Das Be- und Entladen von Paketen mittels Gabelstapler komplettiert Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld.

Das bringen Sie mit

Sie bewerben sich als körperlich belastbarer Quereinsteiger.
Darüber hinaus bringen Sie solide PC-Kenntnisse, erste Erfahrung mit dem Handscanner, sowie gutes Deutsch mit.
Sie verfügen über den Führerschein Klasse B und eines Staplerscheins.
Wir zählen auf Ihre guten Umgangsformen, Ihre Zuverlässigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
Als kommunikativer und freundlicher Teamplayer bewahren Sie auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
