In Deiner verantwortungsvollen Führungsposition übernimmst Du die tragende Rolle an unserem Standort in Hilden. Dabei bist Du verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Überwachung der gesamten logistischen Prozesse und motivierst Deine Mitarbeitenden, diese mit Dir voranzutreiben. Durch Dein kreatives und produktives Führen und Handeln wollen wir erfolgreich bleiben und nicht nur uns, sondern auch Dich noch weiter nach vorne bringen.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du übernimmst die Leitung für die operativen Bereiche der Niederlassung, organisierst bzw. kontrollierst die Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb dieser und berichtest direkt an die Standortleitung.
  • Dabei sorgst Du für die Verbesserung unserer Logistikprozesse und stellst eine hohe Durchführungsqualität sicher - so bleibt unsere Qualität immer auf Topniveau.
  • Dies erreichst Du durch regelmäßige Analysen zur Optimierung von Kosten, Produktivität und Qualität.
  • Darüber hinaus bist Du für das Kostenmanagement in allen operativen Bereichen verantwortlich.
  • Nicht zuletzt führst und leitest Du die Mitarbeitenden in Deinem Bereich und planst umsichtig Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium der Logistik erfolgreich abgeschlossen - auch als Quereinsteiger bist Du bei uns willkommen.
  • Ergänzend bringst Du erste Berufspraxis in einer vergleichbaren Position oder als Teamleiter mit.
  • Du überzeugst durch Dein gutes Gespür für Zahlen, hast die KPIs fest im Griff und leitest daraus die Maßnahmen zur Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts ab.
  • Neben Deinem strukturierten und selbstständigen Arbeitsstil zeichnet Dich vor allem auch Deine ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität aus.
  • Du begeisterst uns als souveränes Kommunikationstalent mit dem richtigen Mix aus Teamgeist und Überzeugungskraft.
