Wir suchen einen engagierten und erfahrenen Personalentwickler, der unser Team verstärkt und maßgeschneiderte Entwicklungsprogramme für unsere Mitarbeiter entwickelt. In Deiner Rolle bist Du verantwortlich für die Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen, um das Potenzial unserer Mitarbeiter voll auszuschöpfen. Dich erwarten vielseitige Aufgaben, von der Ermittlung von Potenzialträgern und Trainingsbedarfen, bis hin zur Betreuung unserer Personalentwicklungsprogramme im kaufmännischen und gewerblichen Bereich.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du berätst die Kolleg*innen in unseren dezentralen Einheiten Rund zu allen Themen der Personalentwicklung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung.
  • Hierzu baust Du auch das Team Learning & Development weiter auf.
  • Ebenso begleitest Du die Umsetzung der besprochenen Ideen und führst bei Bedarf Workshops und Trainings auch selbst mit durch. 
  • Du initiierst neue, zielgruppengerechte Entwicklungsprogramme und stellst sicher, dass unsere Personalentwicklungsinstrumente (z.B. das Entwicklungsgespräch) alle Mitarbeitenden erreicht.   
  • Die Organisation, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Potenzial- und Kompetenzanalysen fällt ebenso in Dein Aufgabenfeld, wie die kontinuierliche inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung dieses Angebotes. 

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal und/oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Personalentwicklung/Ausbildung.
  • Zudem verfügst Du über erste Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich. 
  • Persönlich bist Du ein aufgeschlossener, kommunikations- und ausdrucksstarker Teamplayer.
  • Außerdem hast eine ausgeprägte Innovationsfreude sowie Begeisterungsfähigkeit für aktuelle Themen und Trends im HR.
  • Du bist analytisch und konzeptionell stark und hast sowohl an strategischen als auch praktischen Aufgaben Spaß.
  • Schlussendlich überzeugst Du uns neben Deutsch mit sehr gutem Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich) und Du arbeitest souverän mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern aller Ebenen zusammen.
