Wir suchen motivierte Sales-Profis, die in unserem zentralen Sales-Team neue Kunden begeistern und aktiv unser Wachstum unterstützen. Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Als innovativer Kundenbegeisterer schaffst du eine wertvolle Pipeline potenzieller Kunden und überzeugst sie mit Leidenschaft von den Vorteilen unserer regionalen Endkundenlogistik-Dienstleistungen.
  • In Deiner Rolle als Neukunden-Akquisiteur identifizierst gezielt potenzielle Neukunden, erstellst individuelle Angebote und führst Vertragsverhandlungen bis zur erfolgreichen Unterzeichnung.
  • Als Ansprechpartner für unsere Neukunden erkennst Du ihre Erwartungen und Bedürfnisse und entwickelst mit den Fachbereichen adäquate Lösungen.
  • Du beobachtest kontinuierlich Markt- und Wettbewerbsveränderungen, sorgst für eine reibungslose Implementierung neuer Kunden und informierst das Team regelmäßig über aktuelle Entwicklungen.
     

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung und bringst  Erfahrung im Vertrieb in der Logistikbranche mit.
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales-/Account Management im Logistikumfeld.
  • Du überzeugst als zuverlässiger und motivierter Teamplayer mit Deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke, Deinem Verhandlungsgeschick, Deiner zielorientierten Arbeitsweise und bewahrst in jeder Lage einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Du liebst es, Kunden zu identifizieren und sie mit Deinem Produkt zu überzeugen, wobei Dir Rückschläge nur als Ansporn dienen.
