Unser Sales Controlling & Analytics Team ist gerade im Aufbau und wir suchen Verstärkung, welche uns bei der Entwicklung von Kennzahlen, Analysen und Visualisierung von Sales-Reports unterstützt. Wir sind ein hoch motiviertes und detailorientiertes Team, das Dein Know-how sehr zu schätzen weiß. Wir arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld und Du bist ein guter Fit, wenn Du folgende Fähigkeiten mitbringst:

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du bist für die Entwicklung von KPIs und Steuerungskennzahlen und die Durchführung von Analysen von Vertriebsdaten zur Identifizierung von Trends und möglichen Schwachstellen zuständig.
  • Zudem erstellst und pflegst Du die Power BI-Dashboards und Berichte und führst Datenanalysen zur Unterstützung von vertrieblichen Geschäftsentscheidungen durch.
  • Die Vorbereitung, Bereinigung und Transformation von Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Hinzu kommt die Erstellung von Datenvisualisierungen zur Veranschaulichung von Analyseergebnissen sowie die Dokumentation der durchgeführten Analysen und Erstellung von Berichten.
  • Hierbei arbeitest Du eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Identifizierung von Analyseanforderungen und -zielen.
  • Zu guter Letzt unterstützt Du bei der Automatisierung von wiederkehrenden Datenanalysen und Reporting-Prozessen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Zudem bringst Du mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Sales Controlling mit; Sales Data Analytics Bereich wünschenswert.
  • Darüber hinaus hast Du bereits Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Power BI zur Erstellung von interaktiven Berichten und Dashboards.
  • Du hast Kenntnisse zur Abfrage und Manipulation von Daten und ein Verständnis der Datenmodellierungskonzepte; optional bereits Erfahrung mit Python.
  • Außerdem bringst Du die Fähigkeit zur Datenbereinigung und -transformation mit und Grundkenntnisse in statistischen Methoden.
  • Das Verständnis der Prinzipien der Datenvisualisierung sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse rundet Dein Profil ab.
