Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie verantworten die korrekte, vollständige Erfassung aller für den Transport notwendigen Sendungsangaben.
  • Dazu gehören auch die Erfassung von ADR-Gütern sowie die Überprüfung der vorhandenen Dokumente auf Vollständigkeit.
  • Generell sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Sendungen reibungslos abgefertigt und später auch passgenau abgerechnet werden können.
  • Auch das Annehmen und Koordinieren unserer Fahrer sowie das Ausgeben von Dokumenten wissen wir bei Ihnen in guten Händen.
  • Zu guter Letzt kümmern Sie sich um die Abstimmung und Korrespondenz zwischen Lagerpersonal und Lkw-Fahrern.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ihre Basis ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise zur Kauffrau / zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung. Erste Erfahrungen in der Zollabfertigung wären ebenfalls wünschenswert.
  • Außerdem haben Sie erste Berufspraxis in der Dokumentenabfertigung, der Sendungserfassung und Fahrzeugsteuerung gesammelt.
  • Sie haben Spaß an der direkten, nachhaltigen Kundenbetreuung, vor allem per Telefon – zudem kennen Sie sich bestens mit gängiger Speditionssoftware aus.
  • Englisch beherrschen Sie gut in Wort und Schrift, wir zählen weiterhin auf Ihre klare Kunden- und Vertriebsorientierung.
  • Als flexibler, kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer übernehmen Sie gerne Verantwortung, denken unternehmerisch und bewahren stets einen kühlen Kopf.
