Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Mit Deiner aktiven Unterstützung hilfst Du der CHRO im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei strategischen Fragen und Entscheidungen.
  • Dazu wirst Du globale Projekte aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen wie Change-Management, HR Analytics, HR IT Systems, Nachhaltigkeit und weiteren Bereichen unterstützen.
  • Außerdem bildest Du die Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Partnern.
  • Zudem nimmst Du an zahlreichen Meetings teil, welche Du einerseits vorbereitest und andererseits nachbereitest.
  • Du bist gut in der Recherche von den verschiedensten Themen und kannst diese in eine Präsentation umsetzen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Dein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, internationales Management oder einem verwandten Studiengang hast Du mit einem Master erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast Lust auf einen abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag, in dem Du täglich unterschiedliche Aufgaben meistern kannst.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten solltest Du beherrschen, sowie gesprächsbereit und kommunikationsstark sein.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität, ein Talent für die Organisation sowie eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise runden Dein Profil ab.
