Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und bringen Sie als Führungskraft, Ihre Persönlichkeit und Power an unserem Projektstandort in Frankfurt am Main ein. Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Team und unserem Auftraggeber vor Ort.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • In Ihrer Tätigkeit übernehmen Sie die Koordination des bestehenden Teams vor Ort.
  • Sie sorgen für eine leistungsfähige Dienstplanung, Organisation und reibungslose Arbeitsabläufe. 
  • Zudem sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Gäste, erstellen Besucherausweise und erteilen Sicherheitsanweisungen.
  • Eingehende E-Mails und Telefonate leiten Sie an die zuständigen Empfänger weiter und pflegen zudem Daten ins System ein.
  • Ihre Arbeitszeit gestalten Sie im Zwei-Schicht-System von Montag - Freitag zwischen 8 Uhr und 18 Uhr.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie verfügen bereits über erste Führungserfahrung z.B. im Bereich Hotel / Gastronomie sowie über gute Englisch-Kenntnisse.
  • Auch Quereinsteiger und Führungskräfte aus der zweiten Reihe geben wir gerne eine Chance.
  • Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie Freude im Umgang mit Menschen zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie sind eine kommunikative und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit, die mit Diskretion und guten EDV Kenntnissen überzeugt.
  • Mit Ihrer Begeisterung und Ihrer klaren Hands-on-Mentalität motivieren Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter und gehen als gutes Vorbild voran.
