Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du übernimmst die Überwachung der operativen Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft und trittst als Vertreter des Schichtleiters und somit als zweiter Ansprechpartner für den Kunden auf.
  • Darüber hinaus setzt Du alle operativen Vorgaben souverän um und hältst diese konsequent ein.
  • Bei allen Abläufen achtest Du konsequent auf die Einhaltung der geltenden Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften.
  • Darüber hinaus bist Du verantwortlich für die Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Lagerhallen vor Ort.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder ähnliche Berufserfahrung gesammelt.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden mit.
  • Der Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen ist Dir nicht unbekannt und Du besitzt einen Staplerschein.
  • Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten und überzeugst mit Deinen Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift.
  • Nicht zuletzt bist Du ein Teamplayer, der Mitarbeitende kommunikationsstark abholt und immer den richtigen Ton trifft.
