Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) CRM unterstützt Du uns bei der Umstellung auf ein neues CRM-System, welches weltweit eingesetzt wird. Zudem erhältst Du die Möglichkeit, Konzepte und Wissen aus Deinem Studium anzuwenden und Dich im Rahmen von interessanten Rhenus-Projekten weiterzuentwickeln.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört die Vorbereitung der Datenmigration, indem Du Daten analysierst, die Datenqualität sicherstellst und die Migrationsschritte planst und koordinierst.
Du unterstützt uns bei Tests für das neue System, indem Du Testpläne entwickelst, Fehler dokumentierst, mit den Entwicklungsteams zusammenarbeitest und die Datenintegrität im neuen System validierst.
Du erstellst Dokumentation, einschließlich Migrationsverfahren, Testplänen, Benutzerhandbüchern und Best Practices.
Zu guter Letzt zählt die Erstellung von Auswertungen ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben, wie das Erstellen von Berichten zur Überwachung des Migrationsfortschritts und die Analyse der Datenqualität.

Das bringst Du mit

Du bist eingeschriebener Student der BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Logistik oder eines marketingorientierten Studiengangs.
Zudem zeichnen Dich eine hohe Teamfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung aus.
Außerdem verfügst Du über Kommunikationsstärke, insbesondere im schriftlichen Ausdrucksvermögen.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil) runden Dein Profil ab.
