  • Sie verwalten unserer Mobilfunkverträge und halten diese nach.
  • Außerdem prüfen und kontieren Sie die Eingangsrechnungen für Hard- und Software-Bestellungen.
  • Sie verwalten und kontrollieren das Zertifikat- und Lizenzmanagement.
  • Allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten in der Fachabteilung stellen Sie sicher und führen diese gewissenhaft aus.
  • Die Tätigkeit wird nach dem kommunalen Tarifvertrag TV-N NW in der Entgeltgruppe 5 eingruppiert - ja nach Qualifikation ggf. auch höher.

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und über erste Berufserfahrung.
  • Neben gewissen IT-Kenntnissen sind Sie mit den gängigen MS-Office Produkten vertraut.
  • Im Bereich des Vertrags-, Zertifikats- und Lizenz-Managements können Sie bereits Erfahrung vorweisen.
  • Persönlich überzeugen Sie mit einer guten schriftlichen und mündlichen Ausdrucksfähigkeit.
  • Als Teamplayer bringen Sie Ihre strukturierte, gewissenhafte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ein.
